Now We Are Come

Now we are come to the dark and stormy skies with the seas before us looming above our ship of state.

We are governed by an individual with pretensions towards kingship that hearkens not to the guiding hand as passed down to us from our forefathers, The Constitution. He attempts to lead in arrogance and ignorance on a par with George III.

Our representatives turn deaf ears to our demands that they perform their duties as WE defined them in our Constitution. They have pretensions of their own as beings of omnipotence, regarding WE THE PEOPLE as simply their serfs to provide them with sustenance and gracious living.

The People have petitioned is as simply a humble manner as possible. WE have requested in ever stronger terms for governance to return to the founding documents of The Constitution and The Bill Of Rights, only to be ignored, marginalized, derided and degraded by those who seek to benefit themselves at our cost.

OUR GOD-GIVEN RIGHT of Free Speech has been relegated to "free speech zones" set aside in out of the way places, instead of being "allowed" on every street corner.

OUR GOD-GIVEN RIGHT of Free Press has been conscripted to provide a cornucopia of biased, boot-licking, subservient minions squealing like hogs at the trough of their masters.

OUR GOD-GIVEN RIGHT to Personal Religion has been denigrated and marginalized to provide a "political correctness" of weak-willed tolerance for oppression.

OUR GOD-GIVEN RIGHT to defend ourselves from transgression by individuals and Tyranny by Government has been distorted into a "permission" only allowed by the self-same Government within their boundaries of what They say is permissible.

OUR GOD-GIVEN RIGHT to be secure in our persons, our property and our papers has been corrupted in the name of "public safety" to provide a basis for the continuing intrusion and control of a central government into our daily lives.

OUR GOD-GIVEN RIGHT to Peaceably Assemble and Petition For Redress of Grievances has been degraded to those assemblies only "permitted" by the central authorities and all others are declared "unlawful assemblies" which are mishandled by the jack-booted thugs of the "authorities."

Have WE THE PEOPLE come down to this? A collection of subjugated serfs, prayerfully licking the boots of our masters as they deign to spread the largess of our labors back to us so that we may be comfortably secure. Have WE THE PEOPLE traded our liberties, that were so hard won and so hard kept for over 200 years, for the appearance of security? Will not THE PEOPLE rise up and exercise ALL their Rights together.

Put aside the fallacy of treating our enemies, foreign and domestic, with honeyed words and timid demeanor. They see only weakness in this behavior, a weakness of will and a weakness of ability. Stand shoulder to shoulder with your neighbor and bring the full force of our all of our Rights to bear against these despots that would create a nation of slaves and serfs. Treat each one of these ill-conceived, illegitimate kinglets and their jack-booted thug retainers to the full force of our wrath. Let not one be overlooked because of pity or a weakening of the heart.

Will the children of your children say about you, "My grandfather stood and saved my freedoms" or will they say "My grandfather sold my freedom for thirteen pieces of silver"?

I see all the posturing blogs like Sipsey Street and Oath Keepers have gone quiet. They drew a “line in the sand” and the government has ignored them and continued on with its policies. Bluster and posture. “Shout Our Oath In The Tyrants Face” indeed. What a wonderful opportunity to bag so many dissidents in one place. And it will not be making the news.

Look in the mirror and acknowledge the fact that you are a SLAVE!

Look into your children’s eyes and TELL THEM that you have been silent while They are enslaved and their FREEDOMS lost by your unwillingness to ACT. After The Party

Now the People have had their Tea Party and Taken Their Oaths.
What does it all mean.
Pastors get beaten up by Border Guards, Police shoot unarmed people without provocation and are acquitted, troops patrol your streets with impunity, even news men get shoved around and "arrested" for reporting the news. And Nothing Is Done to Correct the Situation.
No wonder your representatives don't listen to you. You are Impotent. It is back to your easy chair and flat screen TV. You've done your "feel good" moment and are quite content to have had your say, even though no one is listening.
You Government is not afraid of you because they know you don't mean it. You WILL NOT give up the "Good Life" of America's Idol, Tractor Pulls and Football just for Liberty. You WILL continue to cower and beg like a dog at the feet of your Masters.
There once was a time when politicians and police obeyed the law as well as the common man because the punishments were quick and final and delivered by the citizenry. When People commanded and Government obeyed. I see that time has long passed and this Land is No Longer the Home Of The Brave or Land of The Free. It has become the Land of the Trembling Cowards, afraid lest Government turn its wrathful eye upon its serfs.
I Pity you Americans, but I also Despise Who You Have Become.
